Beyoncé’s 2014 music video for “Mine” featuring Drake included tons of beautiful, flowing fabric. Beyoncé wore an angular bustier with a Issey Miyake pleated veil.

Wardrobe Stylists: Ty Hunter and Lysa Cooper

Solange commissioned mom Tina Knowles Lawson to create a series of interconnected dresses inspired by a 1999 Miyake design. Before retiring to focus on other design aspirations, Miyake’s last show featured 23 models walking down the runway in one interconnected piece of fabric.
